AI/ Sleek Intelligence

Feedback management, on a quiet hum.

Sleek Intelligence reads every review, ticket and chat your users leave behind, turns the signal into structured posts, merges the dupes, files the spam, and writes the changelog when it ships. Your portal runs itself.

Auto-compose

Half-sentence rants become PRD-shaped posts.

Description, problem, benefit: extracted and written for you, ready to triage. Edit or accept, your call.

Smart linking

Recognises a request you've already seen.

Embeddings compare the new feedback against your whole corpus. Match? It links and adds a vote, not noise.

30+ sources

Wherever your users complain, we listen.

Intercom, Helpscout, Zendesk, G2, Capterra, App Store, Trustpilot, Google Reviews, all stitched into one inbox.

02 · Post pipeline

Triage the portal while you sleep

When a user submits, Sleekplan finds the post it overlaps with, scrubs anything confidential, and filters obvious spam. All before a human looks at the queue.

Smart merge

Duplicates link, never noise.

Vector-match against the existing board. Confidence above 0.85 → auto-link with a comment trail. Below → flag for review.

Spam filter

Promo links don't see daylight.

Promo URLs, scraped content, repeated submissions: silently kicked. You see the report, not the noise.

Privacy scrub

PII removed before publish.

Emails, IDs, tokens and inline screenshots of inboxes scrubbed before the post hits a public board.

03 · Comment pipeline

Discussions that stay on track

Off-topic threads become their own post. Confidential info gets scrubbed. Tone stays professional. Conversations earn their place.

Topic splitter

Off-topic? It becomes its own post.

Anything that drifts off the parent gets lifted into a fresh request with full context. Voters of the new idea get pinged.

Auto-redact

Confidential never reaches public view.

Account IDs, tokens, internal links and PII are redacted on submit. Original kept for admins; public sees a clean version.

Tone clean-up

Heated rants get edited, not deleted.

Sleek rewrites for clarity while keeping the substance. Authors are notified; they can revert with one click.

04 · Automation pipeline

Recurring tasks, handled

Cron-style triggers and event hooks run Sleek Intelligence on your schedule. Status updates, comment drafts, weekly digests, changelog entries: written, posted, sent.

What shipped in May

Twelve releases this month, with three big ones for portal speed and one long-asked-for theme. Highlights below; see the roadmap for the full set.

On a schedule

Weekly digests write themselves.

Every Monday: pull last week's shipped items, draft a changelog post, queue it for review. Or auto-publish if you trust it.

On event

Status flips, voters hear about it.

Anything moves to Shipped? Sleek drafts the customer email, references the original feedback, sends. No copy-paste.

Custom triggers

Wire it to your stack.

Webhook in, webhook out. Trigger from Linear, Slack, anywhere. Pass parameters, run a flow, get an artifact back.

Runs on Azure in the EU. GDPR-compliant infrastructure; data stays within Europe.

No. Every feature is opt-in. Turn on what helps; ignore the rest. You can always run Sleekplan as a pure board-and-changelog tool with zero AI in the loop.
Yes. Each pipeline has its own toggle: detect, posts, comments, automation. You can also scope where Sleek Intelligence runs (specific boards, specific categories, specific channels).
Free while in beta. Production pricing will be a per-workspace fee bundled into Business and Enterprise plans, with usage-based credits for the bulk pipelines. No surprise per-token bills.
Sleek Intelligence runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU. GDPR-compliant; data residency in Europe; strict subprocessor contracts that explicitly forbid training on your data.
Yes. Hosted in the EU, no PII processing by default, no prompt logging, end-to-end encryption. The full DPA is available on request, and you can rotate your workspace token at any time.
On Enterprise, yes. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure-hosted endpoint, route the pipelines through it, keep the rest of the workflow identical.
